With the launch of Indian Matrimonial, I am committed to providing a specialized, confidential and personalised service. My style caters for both the candidates and their parents and families. My speciality is in making sure that each client’s needs are understood and executed. I understand the diversity and uniqueness of each client.

At Indian Matrimonial, we believe in modern liberal society and have adapted our practices to suit young professionals. We have also interwoven our contemporary approach while still upholding the traditional family values and respect religious significance.

Though my focus would be to serve clients in Australia and New Zealand, I provide a global service. Where are you located?

How much is the annual membership fee?

Who can view my Profile/details?

Indian Matrimonial provides confidential, private and exclusive service therefore profiles or details of profiles are not for public display. Only shortlisted members can view your profile

Is my phone number and email ID shared with my profile?

No, in most cases email ID will not be shared with anyone. It’s for verification and office communication only. Phone number will be shared only after the mutual consent from both Parties. However people can view your social media profiles. It is up to the individuals to keep the desired privacy setting on each social media settings.

Can I register now and pay the membership fee later after initial phone consultation?

Yes you can, this is an available option. However full amount must be paid prior to profile creation and profile sharing.

Once I pay the membership fee, can I have access to full database and view all profiles?

Indian Matrimonial is strong advocate of privacy and confidentiality. Profiles will be shared by the office admin team as per your package, preference and other contributing factors.

How do I advertise in this website?

Can I register on behalf of my kids or family member?

Yes, you can. This is an available option. As long as you have the consent. However Indian Matrimonial does not permit anyone to register on behalf of a friend.

When is a profile not accepted by Admin?

All profiles are carefully checked for data validity and completeness. If Admin finds any discrepancies or doubts authenticity of data provided, the registered member will be requested to amend. The details Any profile with inappropriate or abusive contents or comments will be notified immediately.

What happens if i need more information about the candidate?

Admin will help you as much as possible. Once both candidates agree to proceed and exchange phone numbers, you can seek desired information directly.

What happens if the information provided on the candidate profile is not correct or partially incorrect?

Due care is taken in compiling the profile. We believe no candidates will supply misleading or partially incorrect information. However Indian Matrimonial team holds no responsibilities of accuracy and authenticity of the details provided. Its responsibility of each individual to verify the referral, character, financial status and any other information desired and address other concerns in a timely manner.

Can I get a refund?

Indian Matrimonial has zero refund policy.

If I am really happy with the service and wish to upgrade to greater benefit Can I upgrade to the higher plan?

Yes, you can. Please contact the admin at Indian Matrimonial. You could write a review on Indian Matrimonial Facebook and website as well.

How do I cancel my membership?

You must provide in writing either “Deactivate Temporarily” or “Remove Permanently”. You may or may not wish to provide a reason. Please note no refund will be given.

What is partner preference, why is it required and what must I include?

Partner Preference is added communication that helps you define your ideal spouse and set your suitability criteria. You must include things that matter to you most. For example: flexible to relocate anywhere within Australia, or vegetarians only or Citizens and Permanent residents of Australia and New Zealand etc. this helps us understand your expectations better.

Can parents or family members of the candidate be part of the process?

Yes, this is an available option. We work with your preference and where possible will try our best to accommodate and meet the expectations of the candidate.

Are all profiles verified for accuracy and authenticity?

Due care and diligence will be taken prior to creating the profile, however it is not possible to verify all details by Indian Matrimonial, therefore it will be responsibility of the candidate to verify all details and conduct their own reference checks /investigations as and when required.

What is the registration process?

A. Log onto www.indianmatrimonial.com.au

B. Click on Register link and provide details of the person intending to get married.

C. Choose package for the required period.

D. Submit the form, submit the photographs and agree to terms and conditions of Indianmatrimonial.com.au

E. Once the office receives all intended information, we will send you a payment link.

F. Once we receive the payment, Indian Matrimonial representative will contact you on the phone number provided.

G. Upon satisfactory checks, the profile will be created, and your unique ID number will be issued.

H. Suitable alliances will be shared with you via WhatsApp.

If I find a partner through Indian Matrimonial what will be my Financial obligation towards Indian Matrimonial?

There isn’t any obligation and we do not expect you to pay any money towards rewards or gift. Indian Matrimonial is associated with many charities and if you feel like contributing, you could contact us. We will guide you towards the charity in need and you may wish to contribute directly.
